La Belle Électrique's free event

The Guinguette Électrique returns from June 21 to July 12 on the Esplanade Andry Farcy, right next to La Belle Électrique. Three weeks of open-air festivities, free and open to all, to celebrate summer with rhythm, movement and sunshine ! From Wednesday to Saturday, 6pm to midnight, get ready to kick up the dust : UK rap, Afro-Colombian, rock, reggaeton, Brazilian electro... Here, we move, let loose and let ourselves be carried along by the collective energy.

And because a dancing body also deserves a treat, our fooding service offers home-cooked meals made with local produce and fresh drinks, to be enjoyed comfortably in a deckchair or around a large convivial table.

La Guinguette is also for curious little hands and big imaginations! The kids' area becomes a playground for drawing, expressing themselves and playing freely. Every Wednesday, a family show kicks off the evening with a light-hearted performance, the perfect opportunity to enjoy the early evening.
And for those with a thirst for learning, take part in our practical arts workshops to explore, test, tweak and play with shapes, sounds and gestures. Dance, percussion, creative arts: so many opportunities to express yourself and learn in a different way.

Whether you've come to dance the night away, toast with friends or stroll with the family in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere, there's only one step between the stage and the dance floor, and it's yours!

Les ateliers

On Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, young and old alike can take part in free artistic workshops (registration required). From arts and crafts to dance and an introduction to mix/djing, there's something for everyone, whether solo, with family or friends.

Opening & access

WELCOMING

  • The event is free and no reservations are required.
  • Open from 6pm to midnight, Wednesday to Saturday, from June 21 to July 12.
  • Concerts/sets from 6pm to 10pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and until 11:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

HOW TO GET HERE

  • Tramway : Line A stop «Berriat - Le Magasin»
  • Bus : Line C5 Université Biologie / Palais de Justice stop «Berriat - Le Magasin»

LIMITED JAUGE

  • La Guinguette Électrique can only accommodate a limited number of spectators at any one time. During peak periods, there may be a slight wait at the entrance.

BAR-RESTAURANT

  • A snacking service is available directly on the Esplanade. The menu changes weekly, offering a choice of meat and vegetarian dishes.
  • Two bars are available, one on the Esplanade and a second in La Belle Électrique. Soft drinks, wine, beer and cocktail pitchers are on the menu.
  • A "priority" line has been set up.
