La Belle Électrique's free event

From June 19 to July 6, get caught up in the infectious energy of La Guinguette Électrique! Three weeks of free entertainment for families and friends, discovering new artists and letting your body express itself through dance!

From Wednesday to Saturday, embark on a journey to the four corners of the world with local and international talent: neo-soul, jazz, afropop, rock, reggaeton... Sunny sounds that invite you to celebrate summer. Let the irresistible beat carry you through the air and onto the dance floor... This sixth edition of La Guinguette is a call to dance, an invitation to follow the rhythm and express yourself through movement!

To extend this feeling to your plate, make yourself comfortable on our deckchairs or at one of our open-air tables, refresh yourself with a glass (or two) and enjoy a gourmet break featuring local flavours.

Whatever your age, La Guinguette is made for you! For the youngest, the expanded kids' area offers a space for free expression, and every Wednesday kicks off with a family show. And for those who'd like to extend the experience, sign up for our practical artistic workshops.

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or simply in search of simple pleasures, the esplanade Andry Farcy offers you a boundless playground to let your energy run wild until nightfall!

Useful information

Opening & access

WELCOMING

  • The event is free and no reservations are required.
  • Open from 6pm to midnight, Wednesday to Saturday, from June 19 to July 06.
  • Concerts/sets from 6pm to 10pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and until 11:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

HOW TO GET HERE

  • Tramway : Line A stop «Berriat - Le Magasin»
  • Bus : Line C5 Université Biologie / Palais de Justice stop «Berriat - Le Magasin»

LIMITED JAUGE

  • La Guinguette Électrique can only accommodate a limited number of spectators at any one time. During peak periods, there may be a slight wait at the entrance.

BAR-RESTAURANT

  • A snacking service is available directly on the Esplanade. The menu changes weekly, offering a choice of meat and vegetarian dishes.
  • Two bars are available, one on the Esplanade and a second in La Belle Électrique. Soft drinks, wine, beer and cocktail pitchers are on the menu.
  • A "priority" line has been set up.

INDOOR CLOSING

  • To keep the party going on July 06, the main hall opens its doors free of charge for the closing of La Guinguette. From 11.30 p.m. to 4 a.m.: Maraboutage, Chichiga and Juicy Gaets set the party alight!
  • Accessible to adults only. (+18years old)
