Together, we’ll make baklava, the iconic pastry of Arab-Ottoman cuisine: a flaky, melt-in-your-mouth treat where dried fruits take center stage. Whether made with almonds, pistachios, or walnuts, you’ll discover the techniques and aromas of this traditional treat—and it’s delicious right down to your fingertips
