These terms and conditions of sale apply automatically and without restriction to all orders placed with La Belle Électrique. They are subject to change without notice.
La Belle Électrique is the name of the building managed by SCIC La Belle Électrique.

PURCHASE & RESERVATION:
The purchase of a presale ticket offered on the online sales site https: //www.la-belle-electriqu... is closed 90 minutes before the start of the event.
The buyer is informed, in real time, when placing his/her order, of the availability of the desired seats. Each ticket on sale constitutes a right of entry or dematerialized right of entry (electronic ticket).
A ticket is only valid for the event to which it entitles the holder.
This information is indicated on the ticket: name of the show, venue, date and time of the event. When booking activities online, you will be asked to provide certain information required for the booking to be processed correctly and, if you wish, to fill in the information required to create a customer account. Where these activities are subject to a charge, online payment is also required.

Payment by "chèque culture", "pass région" or "pass culture" must be made at the ticket office. You may be asked to show proof of identity. The following are eligible for the reduced rate

TICKET PICKUP :
Tickets for shows purchased online are sent by e-mail to the e-mail address given by the customer when creating an account, and after validation of the account (automated link), or to the address given when purchasing without creating an account. They must be printed out or presented on screen at the counter.

CONTROL :
Access to the event is subject to a ticket validity check. The ticket is only valid for the specific venue, session, date and time of the event. Once the start time has passed, access to the event is no longer guaranteed and no refund will be given. We therefore advise you to arrive before the start of the event.
To be valid, tickets that have not been handed in at the box office must either be printed on blank white A4 paper on both sides, with no change to the print format and in good quality, or in PDF format on your smartphone. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets will be considered invalid and may be refused. Each ticket has a barcode allowing access to the event for one person only. In order to be valid, tickets must not have been the subject of a stop payment or a chargeback on the credit card used to place the order, in which case the barcode will be deactivated.At ticket checkpoints, you must carry valid official photo identification. After the check, this ticket must be kept until the end of the event.
During security checks, anyone in possession of blunt objects, illegal substances or alcohol will be refused access to our premises. Under these circumstances, tickets will not be refunded.

FRAUD:
It is forbidden to reproduce, use a copy, duplicate or counterfeit tickets in any way whatsoever, under penalty of criminal prosecution. Similarly, any order placed using an illicit means of payment to obtain a ticket will result in criminal prosecution and the invalidity of the ticket.
The resale of tickets purchased from La Belle Électrique is possible and tolerated as long as it remains occasional, is not speculative, and is limited to the face value of the tickets. Resale at a price higher than the face value of tickets issued by La Belle Électrique is prohibited (law of June 27, 1919).

RESPONSIBILITY:
In the event of loss, theft or duplication of a valid ticket, only the first person holding the ticket will have access to the event. La Belle Electrique declines all responsibility for any anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the ticket, insofar as it did not cause them intentionally or through negligence in the event of loss, theft or illicit use of the ticket.

THE EVENT:
The events remain and remain the sole responsibility of the organizer. The acquisition of a ticket entails, where applicable, adherence to the internal regulations of the venue of the event and / or of the organizer. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, the reimbursement of this ticket excluding rental costs and ancillary costs (transport, hotel, etc.) will be subject to the conditions of who receives the revenue from the sale of the tickets.

CAPTATION:
Any recording of the show, in any form whatsoever, including photographic or digital, is strictly forbidden. As a reminder, the event and the audience may be photographed or filmed by accredited photographers, and may also be subject to audiovisual retransmission.

REFUND CONDITIONS:
La Belle Électrique accepts requests for refunds in the event of postponements or cancellations. In cases of force majeure, a refund may also be requested, up to a maximum of 15 days before the date of the event. After this deadline, your request will be refused.
