Any use of the La Belle Électrique ticketing site https://www.la-belleelectrique... by the customer implies his/her unreserved acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions of sale apply automatically and without restriction to all orders placed with La Belle Électrique. They are subject to change without notice.
La Belle Électrique is the name of the building managed by SCIC La Belle Électrique.

PURCHASE & BOOKING :
Pre-sale tickets purchased on the https://billetterie.la-belle-e... website close 60 minutes before the start of the event.
The buyer is informed, in real time, when placing his/her order, of the availability of the desired seats. Each ticket on sale constitutes a right of entry or dematerialized right of entry (electronic ticket).
A ticket is only valid for the event to which it entitles the holder. This information is indicated on the ticket: name of the show, venue, date and time of the event.
When booking activities online, you will be asked to provide certain information required for the booking to be processed correctly and, if you wish, to fill in the information required to create a customer account. Where these activities are subject to a charge, online payment is also required.

PAYMENT :
All payments made from the https://www.la-belle-electriqu SITE... is made via the PCI (Payment Card Industry)/DSS approved PAYGREEN secure payment platform using SSL protocol. 20. Only PAYGREEN's acceptance of payment validates the sale and results in the issue of tickets and/or the "membership" countermark. Online payment is made via the PAYBOX SYSTEMS secure interface. The personal and confidential data collected during transactions are exclusively intended for the management of ticketing and subscriber files, and are at no time intended to be sold, marketed or leased to a third party.

PERSONAL DATA :
La Belle Électrique may process your personal information in order to provide you with the service(s) you have requested. This information is collected via a series of forms filled in directly by you. This information and data is necessary for the management of any order.
In accordance with law no. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 on the protection of personal data, La Belle Électrique informs you that concerning your online bookings, you have a right of access and rectification, a right of opposition on legitimate grounds, a right to the deletion and limitation of your personal data, or the right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death, as well as a right to the recovery of your data and a right to its portability in the cases provided for by law.

RATES :
The price of tickets, subscriptions and services is in euros, all taxes included. No discount is applicable after payment of the order.
The subscriber rate is reserved exclusively for those with a subscription card. All purchasers claiming a subscriber rate must be able to present their valid personal card at the entrance to La Belle Électrique.
Rates available online: Pre-sale full rate / Pre-sale reduced rate / Pre-sale subscriber rate
Additional rates available at the box office: Sur-place full rate / Sur-place reduced rate / Sur-place subscriber rate
Pass Région payments are made at the ticket office, and you may be asked to show proof of identity. Pass Culture payments are made directly on the dedicated platform.
The following people are eligible for the reduced rate:
- students on presentation of a valid student card.
- jobseekers on presentation of proof of employment provided by Pôle Emploi.
- people in precarious situations, on presentation of official proof (RSA, CCAS).
- groups of at least 10 people under the aegis of a legal entity

WITHDRAWAL :
Tickets for shows purchased online are sent by e-mail to the e-mail address given by the customer when creating an account, and after validation of the account (automated link), or to the address given when purchasing without creating an account. They can be printed out or presented on screen at the counter.

CONTROL :
Access to the event is subject to a ticket validity check. The ticket is only valid for the specific venue, session, date and time of the event. Once the start time has passed, access to the event is no longer guaranteed and no refund will be given. We therefore advise you to arrive before the start of the event.
To be valid, tickets that have not been handed in at the box office must either be printed on blank white A4 paper on both sides, with no change to the print format and in good quality, or in PDF format on your smartphone.
Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets will be considered invalid and may be refused. Each ticket has a barcode allowing access to the event for one person only. In order to be valid, tickets must not have been the subject of a stop payment or a chargeback on the credit card used to place the order, in which case the barcode will be deactivated.
At ticket checkpoints, you must carry valid official photo identification. After the check, this ticket must be kept until the end of the event.
During security checks, anyone found to be in possession of blunt objects, illegal substances, alcohol or intoxication will be refused access to our premises. Under these conditions, tickets will not be refunded.

FRAUD :
It is forbidden to reproduce, use a copy, duplicate or counterfeit tickets in any way whatsoever, under penalty of criminal prosecution. Similarly, any order placed using an illicit means of payment to obtain a ticket will result in criminal prosecution and invalidation of the ticket.

TICKET RESALE - REELAX TICKETS :
La Belle Électrique is now a partner of Reelax Ticket, a platform for the secure purchase and resale of tickets for sold-out events at La Belle Électrique.
Transactions are secure, a new ticket is generated in the buyer's name, and the platform also offers the possibility of registering on a waiting list. The resale price is regulated and may not exceed the face value of tickets issued by La Belle Électrique (law of June 27, 1919).
La Belle Électrique declines all responsibility in the event of fraudulent resale on a platform other than Reelax Ticket.

RESPONSIBILITY :
In the event of loss, theft or duplication of a valid ticket, only the first person holding the ticket will have access to the event. La Belle Electrique declines all responsibility for any anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the ticket, insofar as it did not cause them intentionally or through negligence in the event of loss, theft or illicit use of the ticket.

CAPTATION :
Any recording of the show, in any form whatsoever, including photographic or digital, is strictly forbidden. As a reminder, the event and the audience may be photographed or filmed by accredited photographers, and may be the subject of audiovisual retransmission.

THE EVENT :
Events remain the sole responsibility of the organizer. The purchase of a ticket may imply acceptance of the rules and regulations of the event venue and/or organizer. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, reimbursement of the ticket, excluding rental costs and ancillary expenses (transport, accommodation, etc.), will be subject to the conditions of the party collecting the ticket sales revenue.

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, REFUND :
La Belle Électrique accepts requests for refunds in the event of postponements or cancellations.
In cases of force majeure, a refund may also be requested, up to a maximum of 15 days before the date of the event. After this deadline, your request will be refused.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, interruption or modification of the program of an event organized by La Belle Électrique, refunds are possible as described below.
Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser of the ticket(s). In all cases, no other expenses of any kind (transport, accommodation, etc.) will be reimbursed or compensated. Only the ticket price will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation of a show, tickets purchased from the La Belle Electrique box office will be automatically refunded within a period of up to 60 days from the announcement of the cancellation.
In the event of postponement of an event, tickets purchased for the original concert remain valid for the new date. However, refunds are possible on request by e-mail to accueil.billetterie@la-belle-electrique.com up to one month after the date of the postponement announcement. This information is sent by email to all ticket purchasers. After this period, requests will no longer be accepted. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after this period.
La Belle Électrique reserves the right to modify the programming of one or more headlining support artists. In this case, tickets will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
In the event of a show being interrupted for more than half its duration, no tickets may be exchanged or refunded.
People who have purchased tickets through other ticketing networks (Seeticket, FNAC, Ticketmaster...) must make their refund request directly to these networks within the time limits indicated above.
GIFT CARD • TEMPS LIBRE

PREAMBLE :
Gift cards are credited with a certain amount (20€/50€/100€) and are sold on the https://billetterie.la-belle-e... website as well as at the box office. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used as a means of payment on https://billetterie.la-belle-e... or at the La Belle box office to purchase a show at La Belle Électrique (concerts, nights, young audience...). They can be used in several instalments and can be combined with each other and with other means of payment. Under no circumstances may they be used to pay for rehearsal studio reservations or to pay at La Belle Électrique's restaurant and bar. The purchase of a gift card with another gift card is not accepted.
When using the gift card, the cardholder agrees to abide by La Belle Électrique's general terms and conditions.

VALIDITY :
La Belle Électrique only accepts the "TEMPS LIBRE" gift card and cannot accept any other type of gift card as a means of payment.

EXCHANGE :
The gift card may not be exchanged, resold or credited to a card or bank account, nor may it give rise to monetary consideration in any form whatsoever, in whole or in part.

REFUND :
No reimbursement will be made if the gift card is not used by the recipient during its period of validity. In the event of loss, theft or destruction, the remaining sums on the gift card cannot be reimbursed.

RESPONSIBILITY :
The purchaser remains responsible for the use made of the gift cards. La Belle Electrique declines all responsibility for any anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the gift card, insofar as it did not cause them intentionally or through negligence, in the event of loss, theft or illicit use of the gift card.
ANNUAL SEASON PASS

PREAMBLE:
The season pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It gives access to all concerts and nights at La Belle Électrique. The cost is €15 full price / €10 reduced price on presentation of valid proof (children under 12, students, jobseekers, people in precarious situations). It can be purchased via La Belle Électrique's online ticketing service or at the box office during opening hours. It offers several advantages:
- Reduced rate on all concerts and nights at La Belle Électrique
- Pre-sale price at the box office on the day (for events that are not fully booked)
- 2 free concerts per year from a selection
- Single rate of €5.50 for all films shown at Le Club cinema (Grenoble)
- 5% discount on used vinyl at the Mange-Disque boutique (Grenoble)
- 10€ discount on bass and guitar maintenance at Ferré Musique (Grenoble)

VALIDITY :
La Belle Électrique only accepts the La Belle Électrique membership card and does not accept other types of gift cards as payment or coupons. La Belle Électrique reserves the right to check subscriptions at event entrances.

EXCHANGE :
The season ticket may not be exchanged, resold or credited to a card or bank account, nor may it give rise to any form of monetary consideration, in whole or in part.

REFUND :
No reimbursement will be made if the season ticket is not used by the beneficiary during its period of validity. In the event of loss, theft or destruction, the season ticket cannot be reimbursed or replaced.

RESPONSIBILITY :
The purchaser remains responsible for the use made of the season ticket. La Belle Électrique declines all responsibility for any anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the season ticket, unless caused intentionally or through negligence, in the event of loss, theft or illicit use of the season ticket.
