That’s Zentone. A project that brings together two visions of dub, while embracing its contradictions and boundless sonic explorations. A little dub, a little electro, a little world music. And at the same time, none of that really. Born from the fusion of Zenzile and High Tone, two pillars of the French dub scene, and the brilliant Jolly Joseph, a multi-instrumentalist singer from the sound-system scene, who cemented the group’s official formation. Zentone is the perfect embodiment of collective experimentation!

Joe Yorke

A singer, producer, and composer, his musical journey began in his teenage years. He was captivated by the reggae and punk music he heard. But it was discovering the UK soundsystem scene that left a lasting impression on him and confirmed his desire to join the movement. His music is rooted in solid Jamaican rocksteady and dub foundations, but his influences also span soul, folk, and dub techno.

Opening hours : Wednesday to Friday, 10am to 1am, and Saturday from 4pm, but also from 6pm if a concert is scheduled.
