Musiques Sauvages • Bringing One's Artistic Intentions to Life

The Workshop

Workshop organized by Musiques Sauvages in partnership with La Belle Électrique. Open to women and gender minorities.

Through self-awareness and self-acceptance, visions become intentions, desires become potential, actions, and a new reality. This workshop helps you connect with your deepest artistic aspirations—a small, authentic, and aligned transformation. Whether on stage or in daily life, whether it concerns your image or your inner feelings, there is a flame that wants to take its rightful place, a desire to embody, and an authentic ambition to embrace. During this time together, we will bring it to life by exploring posture, movement, dynamic relaxation, visualization, and self-expression. Workshop objectives:

- Connect with your desires and set your intentions

- Dare to bring your ambitious sides to life

- Draw inspiration from the group’s kindness and boldness to reveal yourself

- Led by Angèle Ravachol, facilitator and entrepreneur
