Devi Reed

On stage, Devi Reed exudes incredible energy, accompanied by his three sidekicks: multi-instrumentalist “Kino B,” drummer “Cydot,” and bassist “Pita.” Together, the four of them push the boundaries of reggae even further, revisiting and modernizing it with their own unique ingredients. There is a solid hip hop rhythm base, embellished with original and colorful melodies, highlighting a resolutely ragga style of singing. In terms of songwriting, Devi Reed tackles everyday and universal topics, from human relationships to ecology and spirituality, conveying positive and committed values. To do so, he alternates between French and English with rare ease. It's a unique recipe that has already won over audiences.
