Music has always been part of Keziah Jones' life. He remembers his childhood in Lagos, Nigeria, where the soundtrack oscillated between the traditional choirs his father listened to and his sisters' records, Michael Jackson, Teddy Pendergrass, Sly Stone... The hi-fi system blared out a mixed playlist, and music already seemed to the future artist like a source of joy, a way of sharing, a symbol of freedom.

A committed musician who has never been afraid to embrace pop. Attached to his Nigerian roots without denying himself the freedom to be nomadic. Inventor of a major and unstoppable style—blufunk—but always ready to reinvent himself. A multidisciplinary artist without limits, impervious to the passage of time... We will never finish discovering the discreet and inspiring Olufemi Sanyaolu, a.k.a. Mister Jones.
