Rene Wise
Rene Wise creates atmospheric soundscapes with a raw yet modern touch, captivating the listener from start to finish. His sets are a perfect illustration of this, consistently maintaining a powerful sound signature thanks to a selection focused on low frequencies, yet complex and mesmerising. Indeed, his ability to delve into the depths of sound and explore rhythms explains the artist's preference for longer sets.
Before discovering the world of electronic music, Wise trained in drums and percussion, guided by his father, a former professional drummer. This influence played a key role in shaping the foundations of the techno he composes. Subsequently, his exposure to European dancefloors further strengthened his passion, allowing him to understand the importance of the interaction between the physicality of sound and the human body. This notion gave rise to his label Moving Pressure which, as its name suggests, focuses on the ability of sound to guide movement and emotions, to integrate into the fabric of our physical being.
His philosophy of ‘quality over quantity’ has enabled him to become a pillar of influential labels such as Mote Evolver. His pure yet passionate approach to music has earned him the honour of performing at institutions such as Berghain and Bassiani, and has led to him securing a residency at the prestigious underground Eerste Communie nights, originating in the Netherlands.

Phara
Phara offers a contemporary and complex approach to techno, without ever losing sight of the essence of the genre. Influenced by the pioneering sounds of Detroit, Berlin and the United Kingdom, as well as post-punk, wave, EBM and electro, he composes captivating, highly personal tracks that are bursting with energy.
He experiments with a multitude of classic synthesizers and external effects, leading him to produce a series of EPs using an analogue approach. It is clear that Phara's production method is inspired by the club and vice versa: the groove and power present on his records move and intertwine in the same fluid motion that he exploits as a DJ. He plays exclusively vinyl sets that navigate between fast rhythms, industrial atmospheres and dub beats, supported by a collection of essential classics. When he first started performing live, he brought along the Korg EMX-1, a machine he knows inside out. The fusion of driving drum sequences, detuned chords and rumbling bass lines, which he produces from what is arguably his favourite machine, recounts and reinvents the power of classic techno.
In the summer of 2024, Phara launched In Glass, a new live project dedicated to a more spacious and immersive approach to electronic music. Focusing on slower tempos where kicks have all the space they need to breathe, where chords float in space and where harmonics play a central role, In Glass is both a challenge and an escape from his usual comfort zone. The project's first EP, scheduled for release in February 2025, embodies this philosophy: haunting, layered soundscapes inspired by cold winter days, held together by the familiar tensions and textures that are integral to Phara's sound.

Pause
Pause is an artistic project that began in 2012 during his student years in Brussels, combining a hypnotic and dark techno vision. Author of four EPs, numerous remixes and compilations, the project intensified in 2020 with the co-creation of a Grenoble-based label called .inphase, focused on sounds specific to his personal musical project.
Long associated with the artistic project The Dare Night, where he was a resident for almost 10 years, he has extensive experience on the scene, notably alongside artists such as Regal, Cleric, Rebekah, SNTS, SHXCXCHCXSH, Truncate, Zadig and Roman Poncet.
