Médine

A tireless narrator, depicting the excesses of our society and its contradictions, Médine handles the language of Molière like no one else, alternating humour and gravity with finesse for over 20 years. The consistency of his battles, all fought at the same time, has demonstrated his artistic integrity. Having penned some of the finest lyrics in French rap, Médine never ceases to renew and challenge himself, never ceasing to surprise us with his mastery of the art of the counterpoint.

Following the success of his Médine France Tour (over 70 dates in France, Switzerland and Belgium, almost all sold out), the rapper set himself the challenge of celebrating his 20-year career with an acoustic show. The 20 performances were a resounding success, showing a more intimate, family-oriented and warm side of the man from Le Havre.

Médine, who has been able to unite people around memorable tracks such as ‘Grand Paris’, is more than ever committed to bringing people together, demonstrating the strength and universality of his message.

With this 9th album entitled ‘STENTOR’, published in 2 chapters, Médine makes an explosive comeback, proving that he still knows how to handle both content and form, with killer punchlines set to boom-bap & trap instrumentals sprinkled with samples.

Toera

Toera aka leDouble2 is a rapper who cut her teeth performing at open mic nights in Lyon. Drawn to horror and the macabre, this singer-trained party girl and fan of rock/metal/punk sounds wrote her first rap lyrics at the age of 22 and quickly became a promising rookie. She offers technical rap with sharp punchlines, rooted in a very dark and provocative universe. Her sexy, dark and street style blends the aesthetic codes of punk and hip-hop.

Between arrogance and humility, gentleness and violence, love and hate, she embodies the complementarity of her contradictions, symbolised by her lucky number: 22.
