Faada Freddy
The Tables Will Turn EP marks the comeback of Senegalese singer Faada Freddy after a long recording silence since the release of his debut album The Gospel Journey in 2016, punctuated by some 300 concerts around the world.
Tables Will Turn confirms an uncompromising musical approach where the only resources are human: "My music is 100% organic and 0% technological," says Faada, referring to a device already tried and tested on The Gospel Journey that uses the mouth and body to imitate the sound of the instruments.
"When all your dreams seem to dissolve in a cloud of confusion, remember that it's just a storm passing by" is his way of saying that there's a time for everything, for adversity as well as for success, according to a philosophy close to that taught by gospel, a musical genre to which Faada reaffirms his attachment here. But it's also in line with the very foundations of his art, from his early days with the famous rap duo Daara J, whose name means "the school of life" in Wolof.

Aamiral
AAMIRAL is a female Electro World duo, where the harmonies of two voices and pop music rub shoulders with the synthetic sounds of the keyboard and the archery of the cello. It's a bubble that surrounds you, a cocoon that protects you and ultimately leaves you weightless! Anaïs Laugier (Vocalist, Keyboardist) and Mélanie Petrarca (Vocalist, Cellist) dream of escape and infinite space, without gravity, in a hybrid, light and powerful music that forms a creative ying-yang.
Humble and authentic, they offer 14 rhythmic pop tracks: intimate then wild, mixing virtual instruments, piano, cello and ethnic, Oriental or Nordic vocals. Heady, cascading melodies, lacy vocals and a dreamy electronic heart beat the rhythm of the project. It's a luminous pop postcard, a starry sky that reminds you that the journey is the beginning of everything!
A powerful and poignant concert, combining their magnetic voices with bewitching cosmic hymns, thanks to deeply electro machines and trip-hop sound synthesis. The duo brings to life moments of vulnerability, but also waves of almost tribal emotion. Crystalline, fragile vocals are followed by fast-paced, rhythmic voices. Sometimes powerful and determined, but always polished.
