The bar-restaurant is a living area open to all. It’s a laid back spot where the love of good food and the desire to surprise come together. Here, art meets gastronomy, and we develop numerous solidarity initiatives. Anyone is invited to join us and eat, celebrate, meet, exchange, unassumingly and without division.

A project to co-write together

Animated by a collective synergy, the bar-restaurant is a living place open to local initiatives in which many festive events take place: concerts, DJ sets, exhibitions and other meetings.

We wish to encourage creativity, the emergence of new collaborative forms, to encourage discovery, to speak out and to create links, just like our culinary events.

Located in the heart of Bouchayer-Viallet, a former industrial site rehabilitated into an EcoQuartier, we welcome you all week long in our modular and vegetalized space: at the restaurant at noon, at the bar until midnight.

Schedules
Restaurant : Monday to Friday for lunch service.
Bar : Wednesday to Friday from 10 am to 01am. Opened on concert evenings.

Instinctive, creative and accessible cuisine

With its 80 seats and its large terrace, it is the ideal place for your lunch breaks.

Our team works together to offer you a seasonal menu, freshly created and updated every week. Whenever possible, we favor local and short-circuit products. The territorial anchoring is one of the key points of our catering project.

In the kitchen, we have fun with a common objective: to surprise you, to create, to (re)invent, to dare, without ever distorting. On the plate: home-made, gourmet and casual dishes.

To be accessible to the greatest number of people, the prices of our dishes and formulas have been defined with particular attention. With the same objective, our menu systematically includes vegan and vegetarian creations.

All our products are raw and processed on site.

La Belle Électrique also offers a selection of natural wines rich in flavor !

What is a natural wine ? A natural wine is made from grapes grown in organic or biodynamic agriculture. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified without the use of synthetic or chemical products (such as sulfur) and with a minimum of human intervention in the cellar. Discover a selection of a dozen wines that will excite your taste buds !

Mille Pousses

Urban farm with a vocation for socio-professional integration

Amaranth, veined sorrel, "agastache", two-tone shiso... This may not mean much to you, and yet our dishes wouldn't have the same flavor without them. The micro-shoots we use come from Mille Pousses, a solidarity urban farm project located in Saint-Martin d'Hères. This lovely initiative makes it possible to give work to men and women encountering social or psychological difficulties, while supporting an innovative agricultural activity: the production of microgreens!

Cuisine Sans Frontières

Grenoble association "for the meeting of cultures around stoves"

Since 2017, the solidarity cooperation partnership with the association Cuisine Sans Frontières has enabled a real cultural exchange between the cooks - who are members of the project - and our kitchen team. The very essence of this local alliance is the discovery of our profession and sector of activity, the integration of crossed dishes on the menus of our restaurant and catering service, and the participation of the team in the “Big meal” in Saint-Bruno (meal organized for the most vulnerable).

Les Frigos Solidaires

Don't waste food: give it away!

Inaugurated in June 2018, located in front of La Belle Électrique and available to everyone, our Frigo solidaire (Solidarity Fridge) allows everyone to drop off or collect food for free. This project aims to fight against food waste, contribute to local solidarity and make public spaces friendlier.

The bar

Coming and having a drink at La Belle is just like merging with the soul of the place and mingling with the general buzz of life. It's getting in tune with the unexpected, discovering new artistic worlds and listening to the singing of the beer tap and the glasses clinking.

Here, you can enjoy a local craft beer or appreciate a home-made cocktail elaborated each week with talent by our bartenders and barmaids. With quality and ethics in mind, our boards to share with friends and other evening treats are prepared with fresh and local products.

At the bar, in all seasons, you can attend exhibitions, dj sets and live performances by local artists, crazy blind tests, intimate aftershows and thematic afterworks...

Irvoy : the organic beer

Tropical feeling


Our Stéréo (Brazilian Pale Ale), the craft beer exclusively produced for La Belle Électrique by the local brewery Irvoy, is now certified organic!

Made from an IPA (India Pale Ale) base, the Stéréo has lemony notes reminiscent of the Brazilian origins of the master brewer.

A call to travel, to taste in a 33cl bottle or on tap (alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Consume in moderation).
