The workshop
As the main partner in an artist's live development, the role of tour manager is essential. Often also a show producer, they are fully involved in the creation and financing of live performances (residencies, set design, lighting design, etc.).
This training course offers you the opportunity to discover the working methods and practices of this key player in the music industry, with a view to applying them to your own organization or facilitating collaboration with this professional partner. It will be led by Killian Hallier, manager and booking project manager at Mixarts 38Tours, and Rémi Roux-Sibilon, former production manager at the Mixarts association.
On the agenda :
Producing your show : positioning your project; surrounding yourself with the right people and structuring your project; the production schedule; drawing up your budget; production grants; creative residencies.
How to sell your project : introduction; mapping venues; targeting a specific region and choosing your distribution network; tools for selling your project; pitching your project; how to maintain interest in your project, a narrative and news; workshops and professional meetings.
- Training on Monday and Tuesday, April 20 and 21, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. | One-hour lunch break
- Aimed at professional or amateur artists and music groups seeking to develop their careers.

Speakers
Killian Hallier
Killian Hallier studied Innovation and Territorial Project Development at the Institute of Urban Planning and Alpine Geography in Grenoble and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris. He has been involved in creating structures that support innovative projects, all of which have one thing in common: they are at the intersection of culture, ecology, and territorial social sciences. He is currently manager and booking project manager at Mixarts 38Tours, founder and consultant at La Poursuite, artistic director at OISEAU Records, co-director of Big Bloc Festival, and trainer at #FAIR and La Belle Électrique in artistic and ecological career development.

Rémi Roux-Sibilon
Rémi Roux-Sibilon trained in cultural project organization at the University of Grenoble and subsequently worked as a production manager at SCOP Tchookar and then at the Mix'Arts association, notably in its contemporary music project support division, 38 tours. These experiences enabled him to develop an understanding of contemporary music production and financing channels, particularly in relation to local dynamics in the Grenoble metropolitan area.
