Body, presence, and legitimacy

What place do women occupy in the arts today? While many initiatives seek to rethink gender relations in the art world, one question remains essential: how can women take their place? This workshop explores this notion through a physical and theatrical approach, inviting each participant to fully “inhabit” her body, her space, and her voice.

Workshop objectives :

• Explore the intimate relationship with the body as the primary territory of expression.
• Learn to appropriate a space, to use it as a support to build and assert one's artistic presence.
• Occupy the stage with strength, freedom, and legitimacy.
• Cultivate joy and confidence in a supportive, collective, and sisterly environment.

Free • For women and gender minorities who practice music as amateurs or professionals.
