This workshop allows you to connect with your deepest artistic desire, a small transformation, just and aligned. Whether on stage or in everyday life, whether it's your image or your inner feelings. There is a flame that wants to take its place, a desire to embody, an authentic ambition to embrace. During this time together, we will bring it to life by exploring posture, movement, dynamic relaxation, visualization, and self-expression.
