Intervenant

Jean-Noël Scherrer

With the Last Train adventure, Jean-Noël Scherrer, the band's singer and guitarist, discovered a real passion for cultural entrepreneurship. He first founded and ran Cold Fame, a concert promotion and production agency based in Lyon, with which the band handled everything related to their environment: promotion, music videos, production, and even the organization of their tours down to the smallest detail. The agency quickly expanded and began organizing tours for many other bands (Bandit Bandit, Lysistrata, MNNQNS, as well as Hubert Lenoir, Paul Jacobs, and Alias). At the same time, Jean-Noël launched “Messes,” monthly concerts in Lyon with a radically rock aesthetic, and the La Messe de Minuit festival. In 2023, the Cold Fame adventure came to an end and Jean-Noël returned to devote himself fully to his band's project through Last Train Production, a new production company for all the band's activities. Producer, tour manager, but also artist, this young entrepreneur wears many hats, far removed from institutional discourse and passionate about music as much as the means of distributing it.
