As A New Revolt

AS A NEW REVOLT is a duo of machines, drums and vocals that draws on the roots of hardcore punk, accompanied by a virulent hip-hop flow. Manu Barrero (vocals, machines) and Julien Lhuillier (drums) unleash a sound with a wild spirit and punk energy, influenced both by the D.I.Y scene on the East & West coasts of the USA and the innovation and creativity of today's U.S. Rap.

AS A NEW REVOLT's lyrics are engaged and enraged. The duo express their vision of society, shaking things up and putting the human, the social, love... back on the front line.

A drum that flies, synths that sound like distorted electric guitars, a bass so deep it's straight out of a sound system, and an angry lead vocal that puts a cutter in the middle": that, in a nutshell, is AS A NEW REVOLT's exploration.

Faith in Agony

Faith in Agony is a 90s-influenced alternative rock band. Borrowing sounds from Alice in Chains, Deftones and Beth Hart, FIA is a mixed project combining pure, condensed energy with a heavy, intimate aura that will leave no one indifferent.

The band has made a name for itself as support acts for Ultra Vomit and Mörglbl, as well as on regional stages including Rock 0 Marais, Festirock, Noise Fest, Brin de Zinc, Ampérage Ex-Adaep, Brise-Glace...

On the strength of their original compositions and powerful stage performances, Faith in Agony released two EPs and then a debut album, "Drowned & Exalted", followed by 6 music videos.

Jose and The Wastemen

Jose, "a pillar of the French indie scene" according to Rolling Stone, doesn't give up. You may have already seen or heard him with The Firecrackers, Bleu Tonnerre, or in his featurings with Lafayette, Nadj, and so many others.

Back in a trio format with his two comparses Quentin (drummer, also in Gwizdek, Arabella and Fav) and Mathias (bass, Hyde Park Corner, Hot Chibers, Stone Shelter...), he's still determined to raise the banner of Rock with lots of Roll.

Since 2010, they have played countless concerts in France (including a tour supporting THE KILLS, at the request of the band itself), 3 tours in Canada, and one in the USA. A transatlantic love affair that has seen the participation of Dug Pinnick (King's X) and Jeff Nolan (I Love You, Screaming Trees, Scott Weiland's Magnificent Bastards) on several of the band's tracks. Excuse the pun.

After several EPs, a double album and a slew of singles (which have delighted music reviewers and radio stations as far afield as Nashville and Tokyo, among others), in October 2023 the band delivers an EP ("Monkey on my back") that couldn't be rawer.
