Zoufris Maracas - Bleu de lune

The French chanson à textes group signs a new album with renewed exotic power. True to their thirst for freedom, and in tune with current concerns, they succeed more than ever in marrying poetic lyrics, social commitment and musical journeys.

Les Zoufris achieve a creative chemistry that is unique on the French music scene. Fusing French chanson with African and South American heritages, they draw from both Balkan Europe and Andalusia. But far from any kind of calculation, the accuracy of their tone and sound is ultimately born of a pure, almost naïve search for raw emotion. This spontaneous mix, this messy freedom, is their DNA, their signature.

La fiancée animale

La Fiancée Animale doesn't mince her words. She kneads their rhythms and plays with their meanings.
With her double voice, she turns them into resonances that she incorporates into her soundscape.
She explores an electro-artisanal sound that takes her to the brink of trance.
Her music pulses with the sounds of machines and interweaves the sounds of these three:

Valérie Gourru: vocals, keyboards, looper, drums
Valérie Bézieux: vocals, drum, cymbal
Erwan Flageul: guitar, bass, uku, sampler, spd

Teriya Silo

Teriya Silo means "towards the path of friendship". It's an invitation to celebration and exchange, to feel the bond that unites people beyond their fears, to create joy and sharing: friendship. The group highlights an emblematic instrument of traditional African music: the Kora. It integrates this harp from Africa into a modern repertoire blending influences from Senegal (M'balar, Mandingue, Sabar) and the West (Jazz, Rock, Soul, Blues). Teriya Silo's festive show blends original compositions, dance and Senegalese percussion to offer audiences a warm and joyful moment. This is modern, original music with a sunny artistic identity and a multicultural aspect.
