Aller simple
The Grenoble-based association "RASF Créations" (Réseau Artistique Sans Frontières) is organizing a grand journey at La Belle Électrique !
“Aller simple” is a free, outdoor walking performance—an unlikely adventure in which you’ll all take part together. Departures are scheduled every half hour between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
The evening continues at 8 p.m. with a screening of the sensitive and poetic animated short film A vol d’oiseau, in the presence of Clara Lacombe, the director, and Amadou Diallo, the film’s protagonist, who will engage with the audience.
Then get ready for an extraordinary experience: the South African collective BCUC (Bantu Continua Uhuru Consciousness) is coming for a blazing concert on the stage at La Belle, blending ritual, raw energy, and collective communion.
A few other surprises await you during this unique experience.

À vol d'oiseau
Amadou left Guinea Conakry at the age of thirteen. Three years after he left, he crossed the French border, hidden in the trunk of a car, and crossed paths with my brother Thibaut, an ornithologist in Grenoble. You don’t have to tell me - it’s faster to get there as the crow flies.
Short film / Documentary / A blend of animation (painted animation on glass plates) and Super 8 footage / 29' / 2025. Runtime: 30 minutes.
In the presence of Clara Lacombe, director, and Amadou Diallo, the film’s protagonist.

BCUC
A real knockout! That’s the BCUC live experience. Blending African music, soul, and punk rock, it’s a level of intensity you don’t find anymore.
The South African collective BCUC (short for Buntu Continua Uhuru Consciousness) floods the world with good vibes through Africangugu—a blend of percussion, traditional Zulu and Sotho chants, and a slogan that says it all: “For the people, by the people, and with the people.”©DR
