Chinese Man Records presents: Independent Music Live

One night, five key figures from the Chinese Man Records scene, three new live performances, and over 3 hours of entertainment.

Featuring BOLD (a Chinese Man x Scratch Bandits Crew side project), Youthstar & Miscellaneous, and F.P (A State Of Mind), the label brings together multiple generations and facets of its world on one stage: hip-hop, turntablism, bass music, electro, and UK vibes. Projects intersect, and MCs and beatmakers respond to one another.

An XXL show, conceived as a true Chinese Man Records live crossover.

Youthstar x Miscellaneous

Youthstar and Miscellaneous are both English-speaking rappers who grew up in France as expats. As avid fans of music, performing and writing, it was only a matter of time before the two crossed paths on the music circuit.

Miscellaneous is known for being the voice of the hip-hop duo Chill Bump and for being featured alongside many established artists over the years, while Youthstar is well known as the frontman for the renowned French group Chinese Man.

Having shared tracks and stages on various projects over the years, the two naturally built a strong friendship and artistic chemistry. In 2020, Youthstar and Miscellaneous decided to join forces and work on a collaborative project. They released their debut album « Out Past Curfew » in 2021, swiftly followed by the EP « Stranger Times ». In 2023, they dropped their second studio album « Salvation ».

They will be releasing their third and most peppy album to date « Lifting Spirits » in early 2027 on Chinese Man Records, followed by a tour with their new live show!
