47Ter
They burst onto the scene in 2019 with L’Adresse, an unexpected album from these three young artists who were discovered on the internet with their series of cover songs, “On vient gâcher tes classiques” (We’re here to ruin your classics). With a platinum record, “Côte Ouest” on everyone's lips, and sold-out concerts, 47Ter (a name that refers to the address of their neighborhood's community hall, remember) knew from the start how to impose their original style, neither quite rap nor completely chanson, a unique mix of words and melodies with an irresistible pop flavor.
Pierre Paul, Blaise, and Lopes, Bailly's three accomplices (Yvelines, 78), are back after three years of uncertainty since their last album, torn between nostalgia for adolescence and disillusionment with the adult world. This new project takes stock of the past quarter-century: how can we move forward in this world without losing ourselves? How can we convince ourselves that we can enjoy it?©DR
Robin
Born in Tours, he discovered music at the age of six, starting with the trumpet. He soon developed a passion for several instruments and trained at a music school and then at the conservatoire. At around the age of 16, he began writing his first rap lyrics, becoming increasingly passionate about songwriting. Over the years, he wrote extensively and released his first tracks, before trying his luck on *The Voice* in 2021. He reached the quarter-finals and signed with Warner Music France, thereby launching his musical projects. He released two EPs, followed by his debut album Pour de vrai in 2024. His musical style, once eclectic, now leans towards pop, soul and the Motown influences that shaped his upbringing, such as Kool & the Gang, Lionel Richie, Earth, Wind & Fire, Bruno Mars and Michael Jackson. Today, he creates music that reflects who he is, gets people dancing and speaks directly to his audience.
Robin is now rapidly rising to prominence on the French pop scene, touring the Zéniths alongside Theodora and performing at festivals with Matt Pokora, whilst also collaborating with key figures from the urban scene such as 47Ter and Leto.
